Terms of service

The service

Artist Office provides software assistants ("desks") that read the accounts you connect and prepare drafts for you. Every outward action needs your explicit approval of the exact text. You are responsible for what you approve.

Your accounts

You connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you keep to the terms of Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Spotify. You can disconnect them at any time.

Facts and accuracy

Desks state only facts you confirm and what platforms return. Research results, visa and travel notes are not legal or professional advice; confirm them with the official source before relying on them.

Plans and payment

Plans are set by the operator by agreement with you. There is no in-app billing in this version.

Ads

Ad campaigns, if enabled, are only ever created paused, within the monthly cap you set. Spending starts only when you start a campaign in your own Meta account.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of third-party platforms.
